i found the location convenient. it was close to multiple train stations so traveling around the area was simple. i liked being so near the nishiki market. the staff helped me with directions too.

the room was quite small. storage space was limited so i felt a little cramped especially with luggage.

there was a small pasta restaurant connected to the hotel. it served breakfast each morning with a continental selection. this made getting a quick meal very easy before heading out for the day.

The hotel is very close to many shopping areas. The staff provided wonderful service . The pajamas provided were a very welcome addition, and I thought they were amazing!!!

The hotel asserts that its policy of providing room cleaning every four days is for environmental protection. This claim seems insincere as their environmental efforts are not evident elsewhere. The hotel supplies single-use toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the toothpaste quantity is inadequate for daily usage.

I found the location super central. The staff was very helpful with all my questions. It was close to Gion, the metro station, and Nishiki Market. I felt okay all time .

The room cleaning occurred only every four days. I had to get fresh towels myself from reception.
